Bill Edgar

Bill Edgar is a founder and partner at Andor. Bill’s practice focuses on civil litigation and defense of housing providers in federal and state courts throughout Oregon and Washington. 

Throughout his career Bill has focused on defense of civil litigation matters and dispute resolution with an emphasis on representing property managers and property owners. His specialties include defense of habitability, mold/toxic tort, discrimination, contract disputes and professional and general liability cases.  

Bill brings a methodical, aggressive and common-sense approach to his cases. While each client has unique needs and interests, his goal for every client is to protect them legally and financially.

Bill’s wide-ranging portfolio of clients has included Fortune 500 companies to small businesses. He has represented clients at trial, arbitration and mediation. He has a broad range of litigation experience which allows him to serve clients in multiple areas of law.

Bill graduated from the University of California at Santa Cruz and earned his law degree at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. During law school he had the distinguished honor of being selected by his classmates as the graduation commencement speaker.
