Kat graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law, where she served on the board of the school’s environmental law organization, Land Air Water; helped to organize and execute the Public Interest Environmental Law Conference; and received the Outstanding Pro Bono Service Award. Prior to law school, Kat attended the University of Utah where she received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Psychology.
